2. Data we collect
- Contact data you send us voluntarily: name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring pages, collected through cookies when you consent to statistics.
- Service data: pictures of wheels and the technical results produced by TYREMOTION when you use our products, processed on behalf of our business customers.
3. Why we process your data and on which legal basis
- Answering your requests and managing our business relationship — contract or legitimate interest.
- Website security and correct operation — legitimate interest.
- Audience measurement and marketing — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Compliance with legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
4. Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to 3 years after the last exchange. Statistics data is kept for a maximum of 25 months. Consent choices are stored for 12 months. Accounting records are kept for the legal duration of 10 years.
5. Recipients and transfers
Your data is accessible to authorised APIMOVE staff and to our processors (hosting, email, analytics and CRM providers), bound by contract. Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
